Cary Learning Academy (CLA) – Parent FAQ
We’re so glad to have your child learning with us! To make sure expectations are clear and everyone has a smooth experience, here are a few common questions families ask:
Yes, we understand sometimes plans change. Refunds are available during the first 3 classes. We’ll simply deduct the tuition for the classes already attended and return the remaining balance.
- Starting from the 4th class, we’re no longer able to provide refunds since a spot has already been reserved for your child.
We encourage students to attend regularly to get the most out of the program. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or credits for missed classes. When possible, teachers may provide class notes or assignments to help students keep up.
In the rare event that CLA needs to cancel a class (for example, due to weather or emergencies), we’ll make sure to either schedule a make-up session or apply a credit toward a future class.
Each program runs 12 weeks per semester, with three semesters across the school year. This structure helps students build skills step by step.
We value strong communication between families and teachers. All messages should go through CLA’s official channels (email, CLA portal, or class group chat). This helps us keep everything organized and ensures your questions are answered promptly.
